Phippen Museum proudly announces the 24th Annual Phippen Western Art Show and Sale to be held outdoors at the Courthouse Plaza in downtown Prescott, Arizona, May 23-25, 1998. The public is invited and there is no charge for admission! This is a must event for avid art collectors and new buyers alike.
More than 145 artists from across the nation will participate in this year's juried Show and Sale. At the Show, three eminently qualified judges review the art and award first, second, and third place prizes in traditional sculpture, oil, water media/acrylic, drawing, mixed media, and contemporary sculpture. Judges for the 1998 show are Alice Johnson, avid art enthusiast and collector from Phoenix, AZ; Tuppi Long, owner/operator, Long Gallery in Scottsdale, AZ, and Buck McCain, nationally renowned painter/sculptor.
