Resource Library is the most comprehensive online publication devoted primarily to American representational art. It is provided to the public without charge. The content time line spans the pre-Colonial period to the present and covers significant artistic and critical achievement in every state of the Union. It is published without charge by its nonprofit owner and publisher Traditional Fine Arts Organization, Inc.

Prior to August 1, 2004 the publication was named Resource Library Magazine, which was founded in 1997 by Traditional Fine Art Online, Inc., a California Corporation. Resource Library Magazine was acquired by Traditional Fine Arts Organization, Inc. on August 16, 2003 from Traditional Fine Art Online, Inc.

The character of affairs of Traditional Fine Arts Organization, Inc. (TFAOI) is for charitable purposes including fostering education and nurturing understanding of American visual arts among student and adult populations through publications, guidance and counseling of nonprofit arts organizations and related activities.

The Articles of Incorporation of TFAOI were filed July 28, 2003 and approved by the Arizona Corporation Commissioner on August 5, 2003 as an Arizona nonprofit corporation.

TFAOI is recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization by the Internal Revenue Service and welcomes tax deductible contributions. TFAOI is funded 100% by donations and receives no government support.
