Figure as Inspiration: Paintings and Drawings From The Museum's Collection
March 16 - May 7, 2000
From the Museum's collections, Boca Raton
Museum of Art presents a selection of works by 20th century artists who
take the figure as inspiration, creating images as wide ranging and diverse
as the cool pop look of Alex Katz to the satisfling, realist works of Raphael
Soyer, and the gridded, painted photographic images of Chuck Close.
